Phio Pharmaceuticals Corp. (the “Company”) is aware of reports indicating the closure of Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”) and the appointment of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as receiver. The Company confirmed today that it does not hold cash deposits or securities at Silicon Valley Bank, and therefore has no financial exposure in connection with Silicon Valley Bank’s closure.
